Can We Help?

Home Information Packs - Our packs are produced by experienced legal teams who are thoroughly trained in the administrative skills needed. All HIP packs must include the following:

Freehold properties

  • Home Information Pack Index
  • The new Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ), from 6 April 2009
  • Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or Predicted Energy Assessment (PEA)
  • Sustainability information (required for newly built homes)
  • Sale statement
  • Evidence of title
  • Standard searches (local authority and drainage and water)

Leasehold properties

  • All the compulsory documents above
  • A copy of the Lease

Energy Performance Certificate - The EPC is made up of two parts. The first is a summary of the property’s energy efficiency and its impact on the environment. The second part lists practical steps for saving on energy bills and reducing carbon emissions. The EPC uses colour bar charts, similar to those used on new fridges and freezers, to show the property’s energy efficiency on a scale of A (best) to G (worst).

Due to constant fluctuations in the market our prices are regularly updated in order to keep competitive.

We can now price our packs at £250 (freehold) or £270 (leasehold).

If it's just the Energy Performance Certificate you require you pay only £50 for a one or two bedroomed property or £60 for a three to five bedroomed property (please add £10 for each additional bedroom thereafter).

*ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE, WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY*
